haha aight man, but his first debut album was seven worlds, then tones came out which was one of the best albums i think. the tones he got on there were just awesome. seven worlds is probably my fav though. eric johnson is the man, best guitarist eva :]

Right, thanks! There you go, it wasn't prisms, LOL, it was "Tones", yes. I just looked through my oldie cassettes and found it. I think the colors on the cover, which reminded me of the light of a prism, made that word come to mind...:)

lol i have never even heard of prisms, lol i dont think so but ya never know. you could be talking about "Tones", it came out in 84'. I know some of his first stuff he came out with was when he was like my age (16, 17) he was with a band called mariani back in like 69' and 70. really good stuff. i want to get it bad.

Hey ejfan1, way back in the 80s, 1985, I think, I went to Austin (I live in Europe) and was given a cassette with songs like "Emerald Eyes" and "Trail of Tears" on it. I think it was called Prisms or something like that. Wasn't that his first album?

no, it's because his first debut album "seven worlds" was delayed for 20 years. you can even read interviews on it. he would of been as big as clapton and beck if this wouldnt of happened.

It's funny you guys talking about Guitar Hero the game. We never had even a TV when I was young. I had no guitar and to emulate my hero Jimi I used a badminton raquet which after much practice I could play with my teeth and behind my head. I still consider myself the world's BEST badminton raquet guitarist and I probably am.

not his best performance...but on a bad day, he's better than 99% of the guitarists in the world.
